Seth Schwartz - Executive Director and CEO

Seth Schwartz is a veteran coal industry professional and consultant. He was a founder of Energy Ventures Analysis, Inc. in 1981, a prominent consulting firm in the North American energy markets. He has served on the board of directors of several private coal producers and previously served as the CEO during the reorganisation of Centennial Resources, a Kentucky coal company. Seth has a degree in Geological Engineering from Princeton University. 

George Roskos - Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer ACG plc

​George M. Roskos III has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector. In the late 1970s, he managed the first coal gasification facility in North Eastern Pennsylvania. He went on to manage construction and operation of a135 megawatt combined cycle coal gasification and a 600 Ton per hour coal processing facility in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
In the late 1990s, he founded Hazleton Shaft Corporation. As owner and operator, he designed, constructed and commissioned a 250 ton per hour coal processing plant and in the ensuing twenty years, added crushing, sizing and drying plants.

Peter Chinneck – Non-Executive Director ACG plc

Dr. Peter Chinneck trained in medicine at the University of Southampton before joining the Royal Medical Army Corps in 1980.  He served as a Regimental Medical Officer reaching the rank of Major before leaving the Army in 1990 to pursue a career in aviation.  He has over 25 years experience as both a commercial and airline pilot; he currently lives in Hong Kong. As an active private investor he has served as a Non-Executive Director of Atlantic Coal and then Atlantic Carbon Group for the last nine years.

Barney Corrigan – Project Development Manager

Barney has over 30 years’ experience in the resource industry including multiple roles as a Planning & Development Manager specializing in all aspects of mineral and waste planning. His principal role in the Company is the identification, evaluation, acquisition and development of coal sites in the USA and elsewhere, to widen the Company’s project portfolio, resource base and production profile.

David Mc Carthy - Chief Financial Officer

Financial executive with over 25 years in business development, risk management, workout and turnaround management. Joined ACG in November 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously served as Senior Vice President at BB&T, Senior Vice President at Susquehanna Bancshares, Vice President at National Penn Bank Holds a B.S in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting from Penn State University.
